well, they have confirmed that there are more halo games on the way, they just wont be following the same story arch.
there is still so much they could use in terms of story, you need to check the books out.

dude is this real of some crazy bollocks someone photoshopped to make false hope among gamers. i mean they already got ODST and halo reach on the way, so i find it hard to believe that this is a real announcement or even vaguely true rumour
